Global Export Manager

Location : Mumbai

Experience Required : 15-20 years

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Job Type : Full-Time

About the Role

The Global Export Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing international trade partners including agents, distributors, and buyers to drive exports and revenue growth across key global markets. This is a strategic, high-impact sales leadership role that requires deep industry connections, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to market development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the company’s global export sales plan and market entry strategy.
    • Identify and onboard importers, distributors, and trade agents in target markets.
    • Build strong long-term partnerships to ensure consistent order flow and brand representation.
    • Lead negotiations on pricing, distribution agreements, and commercial terms.
    • Drive new market openings, working with local partners to meet regulatory and licensing requirements.
    • Ensure smooth commercial operations from contracts to shipment coordination & in alignment with internal teams.
    • Analyse international market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for new business.
    • Act as the primary ambassador of the brand in global markets.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Proven experience in export sales, international business development, or international channel management in the alcoholic beverages industry.
    • Strong international network of importers, distributors, and buying agents.
    • Deep understanding of alco-bev export procedures, trade regulations, and duty structures.
    • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to set up new markets from scratch.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Global mindset, cultural sensitivity, and willingness to travel extensively.
    • Prior experience in scaling Indian or international brands in foreign markets is a strong plus.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales,Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 -20 years of experience in exports
  • Proven experience in exports
