The selected candidate will be expected not only to implement systems but also to upgrade team capability, improve communication standards, and build structured execution discipline within HR operations.

    • Raise professional standards across the HR function

    4. Learning & Development Framework

    • Design structured onboarding frameworks
    • Identify skill and behavioral gaps across departments
    • Build targeted training modules
    • Track training impact and performance improvement
    • Implement ongoing development programs

    5. Employee Lifecycle & Risk Management

    • Ensure smooth onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
    • Standardize documentation for all employee stages
    • Implement risk-sensitive handling of employee matters
    • Strengthen documentation to reduce compliance exposure
    • Improve tone, professionalism, and employee interaction quality

    6. Communication & Documentation Excellence

    • Draft and standardize policies, letters, agreements, and internal communication
    • Implement documentation review checkpoints
    • Ensure clarity, professionalism, and neutrality in HR communication
    • Reduce escalations caused by tone or miscommunication

What Success Looks Like in this Role

    • Fully implemented and functioning PMS framework
    • Clear KPI/KRA visibility across departments
    • No HR paperwork delays or follow-up dependency
    • HR team operating with professionalism and accountability
    • Improved communication standards internally
    • Structured training framework in place
