About the Role
We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on Head of Creative to lead our in-house design studio and shape the visual identity of our brands. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving creative excellence across brand development, product design, digital presence, and marketing communications.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills, managing a multidisciplinary team of designers, illustrators, video editors, and 3D renderers while actively contributing to creative output. This role offers the opportunity to influence brand storytelling from concept to market, ensuring consistency, innovation, and premium visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Brand Leadership
- Define and drive the overall creative vision and visual identity for all brands.
- Lead the conceptualization and design of new brands, including, packaging, and visual systems.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints packaging, digital, social media, retail, and marketing collateral.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
2. Social Media & Digital Visual Direction
- Lead the visual storytelling and aesthetic direction of brands across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful digital campaigns.
- Ensure all digital assets align with brand positioning and communication objectives.
3. Internal Studio Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 8+ creative professionals, including designers, illustrators, video editors, and 3D renderers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.
- Conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
4. Hands-On Creative Execution
- Remain actively involved in key design projects, setting quality benchmarks through personal contribution.
- Review and approve all major creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Guide the team in solving complex design challenges.
5. Project & Process Management
- Establish efficient workflows and turnaround time (TAT) standards for all creative deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Implement structured briefing and approval processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production.
6. Innovation & Technology Adoption
- Introduce new design trends, materials, and technologies to keep the brands visually competitive.
- Leverage AI-based creative tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Stay updated with global design and branding trends.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies.
- Present creative concepts and design rationales to senior management.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and production partners when required.
