About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and aesthetically refined Senior Video Editor who understands the visual grammar and storytelling language of premium brands.

This is a high-impact creative role responsible for shaping cinematic brand narratives across product films, launch campaigns, digital storytelling, events, and experiential content.

The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with emotional storytelling, precision in pacing, and a sharp eye for detail. You will work closely with brand, marketing, and creative teams to produce polished, high-end video assets that reflect sophistication and aspiration.

The role requires discipline, consistency, innovation, and strong ownership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cinematic Editing & Storytelling

    • Edit premium-quality video content for brand films, product launches, digital campaigns, and experiential formats
    • Develop emotionally compelling edits aligned with brand tone and positioning
    • Ensure refined pacing, rhythm, and visual flow
    • Translate creative briefs into cohesive narrative structures

     

    Post-Production Excellence

    • Manage full post-production workflow (ingest, sequencing, color grading, sound design, exports)
    • Maintain precision in transitions, overlays, typography, and motion elements
    • Ensure cinematic consistency across campaigns
    • Deliver production-ready masters across multiple formats

     

    AI-Enabled Editing & Workflow Optimization

    • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, speed, and creative output
    • Use AI-based color grading, background cleanup, and audio enhancement tools
    • Integrate AI-assisted motion graphics or visual refinement where appropriate
    • Optimise editing workflows using emerging creative technologies

     

    Key Skills & Competencies

    Creative Collaboration

    • Work closely with videographers, photographers, brand managers, and creative leads
    • Provide input during shoots for storytelling continuity
    • Coordinate with external production partners when required

     

    Platform Adaptation & Optimisation

    • Adapt master edits into platform-specific versions (Instagram, YouTube, web, in-store screens, events)
    • Ensure technical compliance with resolution, aspect ratio, and export standards

     

Qualifications

  • 6+years years of professional experience in video editing
  • Experience working with premium, lifestyle, fashion, or aspirational brands preferred
  • Strong and stable professional background
