About the Role

We are expanding our in-house creative studio and are looking to add strong, versatile Illustrators to our team.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will work across a wide spectrum of creative projects from product design and packaging to digital campaigns, social media, brand launches, websites work, activation initiatives and much more.

You will not be limited to one format or medium. This role requires adaptability, creative range, and the ability to execute across diverse brand touchpoints.

We are looking for individuals who combine disciplined execution with strong creative thinking professionals who can both follow structure where needed and also bring fresh, original ideas to the table.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Illustration & Visual System Development

    • Create high-quality illustrations across product, packaging, and brand communication 
    • Develop strong visual systems that enhance and strengthen brand identity 
    • Design custom icons, graphics, patterns, and illustration styles as required 
    • Contribute to product design aesthetics and overall brand evolution 

     

    2. Campaign & Digital Creative Execution

    • Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media platforms, launch activities, and activations 
    • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and storytelling solutions 
    • Adapt brand guidelines across multiple formats and platforms 
    • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all campaign touchpoints 

     

    3. Creative Thinking & Concept Contribution

    • Think beyond templates and propose fresh, relevant creative approaches 
    • Actively contribute during ideation and campaign discussions 
    • Bring out-of-the-box thinking while maintaining brand discipline 
    • Suggest improvements that elevate visual storytelling and execution quality 

     

    4. Execution Discipline, Timely Delivery & Reliability

    • Deliver all assigned projects within defined timelines without repeated reminders 
    • Maintain consistency in output quality while meeting turnaround expectations 
    • Demonstrate reliability in attendance, availability, and daily engagement 
    • Take full accountability for assigned tasks from brief to final delivery 
    • Minimize rework through attention to detail and disciplined execution 

     

    5. Collaboration, Accountability & Technical Accuracy

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, marketing stakeholders, and creative leads 
    • Take ownership of deliverables and follow through until closure 
    • Incorporate feedback constructively and implement revisions efficiently 
    • Ensure all final artwork files are technically accurate, organized, and production-ready 
    • Maintain professional standards in communication and coordination

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Strong illustration capability (vector, digital, conceptual storytelling)
    • Ability to execute across product, packaging, digital, and campaign formats
    • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour theory, and composition
    • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign preferred; After Effects a plus) etc.
    • Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) with practical application
    • Ability to translate briefs into strong visual concepts and out-of-the-box creative solutions
    • Strong time management with consistent, timely delivery
    • High accountability, reliability, and ownership from brief to final output
    • Professional communication and responsiveness to feedback

Qualifications

Graduation in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field preferred. • Portfolio submission is mandatory. • Self-taught designers with a strong body of work are encouraged to apply.
